Roads fit for the future: Gearing up for Efficient Highway Maintenance Delivery and Funding from 2015

Book your place: a Roadshow series of seven events in January and February 2014.

We know that as budgets for highway services become tighter the need to deliver better roads, more affordably, will not go away.

With the possibility that DfT will introduce financial incentives for authorities to introduce good practice in local highways and with HMEP’s annual plan calling for greater efficiencies it makes 2014/15 an important year for understanding the potential changes that lie ahead.

The Department for Transport (DfT) is working with HMEP to plan and deliver a Roadshow series of seven events in January and February 2014. These free to attend events will give senior leaders, highways practitioners and service providers the chance to discuss and influence future funding and reform while learning about the transformation and changes needed for the future planning and delivery of our roads.
